The project involved increasing the usable floor area of the existing building and upgrading the range of services to meet high-quality standards, enabling the new management to operate a four-star property.

The project involved the renovation of various areas of the hotel (bathrooms, guest rooms, and common areas) through construction, mechanical and electrical work, and finishing touches, as well as the purchase of new furnishings and equipment for the guest rooms, common areas, kitchen, and laundry facilities.

The specific objective of the project was to bring the hotel up to the most modern standards of hospitality, quality, and functionality in order to guarantee guests a high-level accommodation experience.

Project cost – total eligible expenses: €734,648.85

Contribution rate: 20% – grant awarded: €141,810.35

We stayed at this hotel in Gatteo Mare and were really impressed by the change in management! We already knew it as a B&B structure..... but now it is completely transformed into a real hotel with full board service... all inclusive The thing that made us choose this structure, however, was the attention to animals because we always travel with our little dog and it is not easy to find really pet-friendly places (not only "accepted", but really welcome..... Here instead we found a fantastic welcome: bowls, dedicated spaces in the room, BUFFET PREPARED BY THE CHEF!! and super helpful staff. They even have a dog trainer who organizes many moments for the furry ones The full board service was a super positive surprise..... the varied and hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner with well-kept dishes and always different options. You can feel the will to make a qualitative leap compared to the past. They are two young boys very polite and very kind, sweet just We will definitely be back!!!!!!!
